These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer on primatass.com.
Orders and Agreement
- A binding purchase agreement is only formed once you have received an order confirmation via email.
- To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are stated in SEK (or your local currency) and include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping fees are additional and are clearly displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We offer secure payments via Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Credit Card.
Shipping and Delivery
- Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days.
- If transport damage occurs to the package, this must be reported immediately to the pickup point and to our customer service.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
- According to EU consumer law, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.
- The product must be returned in substantially unaltered condition and in its original packaging.
- For hygienic and health protection reasons, certain products (e.g., opened pet food bags, pet chews, or intimate pet hygiene products) are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
